Personally I want to spend as much free time as I can relaxing in a stress free environment, but I have other goals for this blog!
Why do I blog?
A lot of people have asked me why I blog. At first I wanted a place online where I could keep my family and friends updated on what is going on in my life while living overseas. Then, once I got started, I wanted to find other people like myself and make connections: travelers, teachers, international teachers. Now that I have my blog going, I want to create a bit of a community and resource.
To help make connections and create community I have three goals for my blog:
- Continue posting at least three times a week on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
- Start incorporating a monthly or twice monthly interview with other international educators.
- Spend at least an hour a week reading, commenting, and responding to posts on other blogs.
Much the same way as we started, just trying to have a place to post thoughts and keep loved ones informed as to our whereabouts. Over time it grew into a lifestyle. Love your goals!

I like the way you have called your blog a lifestyle. I think if I can get my blog to the point that it just seems like a part of my daily life, that I will feel like I’m in a good place. Thanks for visiting!
