Venezuela gets a lot of bad press, so I had to share a quick post when I saw this link which lists Venezuela as one of the top 10 most positive countries in the world! I can believe it!

One of the things I love most about this country are the positive attitudes of the people who live here.  Even when they are standing in lines for hours to get some harina pan or toilet paper I frequently see people smiling and chatting with others around them.  Even though people don’t have money to go salsa dancing in the one club in town with me, they are perfectly happy to have a party in someone’s living room and dance until the break of dawn.

I actually took this right when I arrived at school one day…but you can imagine seeing this after a great night of salsa dancing too!
